It depends on the stone you pick and how much cabinetry the room needs, so we do not publish a flat price. What we can tell you is what drives it: the slab itself (granite and quartz sit lower, quartzite and onyx sit higher), how many seams the layout needs, the edge profile, and the cabinet run. You choose the actual slab at our Pompano Beach yard before anything is quoted as final, so there is no surprise between the sample and the delivery.

Then durability and turnaround matter more than a rare slab. We will point you at the stones that hold up to tenants and are easy to replace piecewise later. Parkland has real demand for value-add work, and we quote it differently than a forever-home kitchen.

We template once the cabinets are set and level, then fabricate and install. You get a date range in writing when you book, and if a slab or a schedule changes you hear it from us before you have to ask. Yes. Quartz is engineered, so the pattern is consistent slab to slab and it needs no sealing — the practical choice for a busy kitchen. Natural stone gives you a piece nobody else has. We keep both at the yard so you can put them side by side under the same light instead of deciding from a brochure.

Yes. Buildings usually want a certificate of insurance on file, an approved work window, and elevator or freight scheduling before material comes up. Tell us the building early and we handle that paperwork alongside the fabrication schedule instead of discovering it on install day.

Standard slabs come in 2cm and 3cm. Three centimeter reads more substantial and needs less support; two centimeter is often laminated at the edge to look thicker for less material cost. We show you both thicknesses in person because the difference is easier to feel than to describe.

Eased, bullnose, bevel, ogee, mitered, and full waterfall on island ends. The edge changes the perceived thickness of the slab, so we show you the profiles against your actual stone at the yard rather than from a chart. Thicker mitered edges cost more in labor and material because the piece is built up.

Granite is hard and heat-resistant and no two slabs match. Quartzite gives the look of marble with granite-level durability. Marble is the classic veined look but is softer and etches with acids. Quartz is engineered, consistent, and the lowest maintenance.
