You choose the actual slab at our Pompano Beach yard before anything is quoted as final, so there is no surprise between the sample and the delivery.
We cut them in the shop, not on site, so the dust and the water stay out of your house. Bring the actual sink and faucet or the spec sheet before template day. Undermount sinks are set and supported in the shop; farmhouse sinks change the cabinet, so we plan those with the cabinetry from the start.

Doing both means one set of measurements and one crew, with no gap between the cabinet installer and the countertop installer.
Standard slabs come in 2cm and 3cm. Three centimeter reads more substantial and needs less support; two centimeter is often laminated at the edge to look thicker for less material cost. We show you both thicknesses in person because the difference is easier to feel than to describe.
Sometimes. Natural stone comes in blocks, and slabs from the same block match closely while slabs from a different block will not. If you bring the name and the lot number we can tell you quickly whether the match is realistic. We would rather say no than deliver a piece that reads as a patch.
Yes. Buildings usually want a certificate of insurance on file, an approved work window, and elevator or freight scheduling before material comes up. Tell us the building early and we handle that paperwork alongside the fabrication schedule instead of discovering it on install day.
