What we can tell you is what drives it: the slab itself (granite and quartz sit lower, quartzite and onyx sit higher), how many seams the layout needs, the edge profile, and the cabinet run. You choose the actual slab at our Pompano Beach yard before anything is quoted as final, so there is no surprise between the sample and the delivery.

Sometimes. Natural stone comes in blocks, and slabs from the same block match closely while slabs from a different block will not. If you bring the name and the lot number we can tell you quickly whether the match is realistic. We would rather say no than deliver a piece that reads as a patch.

We fix it. If a cutout, a hole, or an edge is not what was specified, that is on us and we correct it at no cost to you. Tell us at installation or after, and we schedule the return. Every job has a point of contact and a written record of what was installed.
